29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) Location: Jobsite Employees were exposed to fall hazards, scaffold collapse hazards, struck-by and fire hazards where a competent person did not adequately inspect the jobsite prior to the start of work. The Company, R&M Construction Svs Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061683, citation number 1, item number 1(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 7/22/15, with respect to a workplace located at Constitution Avenue, Littleton, MA.
