29 CFR 1926.20(b)(4): The employer failed to permit only those employees qualified by training or experience to operate equipment and machinery: a) 443 - 447 Marlene Way Leola, Pennsylvania - Employees were operating a Senco Model RoofPro455xp without having been qualified by training or experience to operate the nail gun in conjunction with safety glasses, on or about November 16, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
