29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) Jobsite - The employer does not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to recognize, evaluate, and control hazards associated with residential construction activities. This violation was most recently observed at the property of 1427 Kater St. Philadelphia, PA 19146 on October 27, 2015 where employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to falls, struck by and caught -in-between hazards. To abate this ongoing violation the employer must develop and implement a safety and health program to conduct frequent and regular inspections of each job site to recognize and mitigate any hazards related to the work activities. Berlin Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1082261, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/15, with respect to a workplace located at 302 Lippincott Dr. Marlton, NJ 08053.
