29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(ii): Respirators issued to more than one employee were not cleaned and disinfected before being worn by different individuals: a) For the Flour Bleaching Process - On or about September 30, 2015, the employer had not implemented respirator work rules which met the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.134 Mandatory Appendix B-2 or were at least as protective to ensure the respirators were properly cleaned and disinfected in a manner that prevented respirator damage and user harm in between different respirator users for employees being exposed to chlorine respiratory hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
