29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: a) 829 Paramount Ave, Lampeter, PA; The employer did not perform or verify a workplace hazardous assessment of personal protective equipment needed for employees performing various landscaping jobs which include mowing grass and weed whacking, on or about 08/04/2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
