29 CFR 1910.119(f)(3): The operating procedures were not reviewed at least annually to assure that they reflect current operating practice, including changes that result from changes in process chemicals, technology, and equipment, and changes to facilities. On 7/15/15, at the Atlanta facility, the employer did not review operating procedures at least annually to ensure all procedures were accurate. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
