29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: The employer does not report work related deaths within 8 hours. This violation occurred on or about July 4, 2015 at the site where an employee fell approximately 34 feet while performing residential framing operations and died as a result of the fall. The employer failed to notify the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) until July 7, 2015.
