Text For Citation: 03 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: a. On or about May 19, 2015, the employee hoisting up trusses to other employees did not have on a hard hat, exposing himself to head injuries. Panama City Framing & Siding, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or it's equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 915761, citation number 2, item number 1, issued on July 18, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 103 Turtle Cove, Lot 63, Panama City Beach, FL 32407. The final order for this citation was August 9, 2013.
