29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water shall be provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal service rooms. a. On or about April 30, 2015, at the facility of FWD/Seagrave Fire Apparatus, located at 105 E. 12th Street Clintonville, WI 54929, employees were not provided potable water in the restroom facilities for washing of the person. Water is supplied from a well on the premises that the Wisconsin DNR had deemed non-potable after an inspection dated June 27, 2001.
