29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control boxes were not clearly marked for identification of functions: a)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 1, P&H, 3 Ton, Number 178: The pendant control box was missing labels, observed on or about 5/13/2015. b)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 2,Number 218: The pendant control box was missing labels, observed on or about 5/13/2015. c)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 4, P&H 5 ton crane, Id Number 2010: The pendant box was missing labels, observed on or about 6/23/15. Aluminum Shapes LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.179(g)(1)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315978676, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/3/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 9000 River Road, Delair, New Jersey.
