29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: In the production area, along the north and west sides of the building, exit lighting signs above the emergency exit doors along the east wall were not illuminated or working properly. D&D Manufacturing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979337, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1330 Pullman Dr. El Paso TX 79936.
