29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Establishment: Employer did not develop and implement a written Hazard Communication Program as required by this section that included requirements such as a non-routine tasks, outside contractors and a chemical product inventory for employees who were exposed to various cleaning products (some corrosive) such as lead sulfuric battery acid, machine warewashing detergents such as EcoTemp Ultra Klene, Super Trump and Solid Powder, sanitizers such as Ultra San, de-liming solution such as Lime-A-Way, Tri-Star and Ultra Dry.
