29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites: a) On or about 3/6/15 at the Quality Inn & Suites rehabilitation project located at 8200 Park Road, Batavia, New York; employees using extension cords to provide power to a grinder and reciprocating saw did not have a ground fault circuit interrupter or an assured equipment grounding conductor program in place. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Best Stucco, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 531438, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/1/12, with respect to a workplace located at 306 Hiawatha Boulevard, Syracuse, New York.
