29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: On, or about, January 29, 2015, in the following locations, storage containers were not provided with appropriate hazard warning labels: A. Maintenance Shop: A pink 55 gallon drum that contained diesel fuel, a Category 3 flammable liquid. B. Wash Bay: A tote that contained TerraCair Ultrapure Diesel Exhaust Fluid, an irritant.
