29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(3)(iii): Dry sweeping, shoveling or other dry clean-up of dust and debris containing ACM and PACM was used for work related to asbestos or for work which disturbs ACM or PACM: a) Olivet Management LLC does not protect its employees and subcontractors' employees from the hazard of exposure to asbestos by dry sweeping, shoveling or other dry clean-up of dust and debris containing ACM and PACM. On or about October 4-25, 2013, at the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center worksite, employees disturbed, removed, and swept up debris from asbestos-containing tile, carpet with asbestos-containing mastic, and thermal systems insulation, inside buildings including but not limited to Buildings 3, 11, 12, 14, 17, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35, 85, and 107.
