29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(C): The building owner and/or facility owner did not notify all employers of employees who work within or adjacent to the areas containing asbestos containing materials (ACM) and presumed asbestos containing materials of the presence, location and quantity: a) On or about October 4-25, 2013, at the site, Olivet Management LLC failed to inform A & M Services, Inc. of the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material including but not limited to floor tiles and mastic, carpet mastic, window caulking, glazing compound, mudded joints and thermal system insulation, when they worked in or adjacent to areas, in buildings 11, 12, 14, and 35. Employees of A & M Services Inc. sanded and primed interior walls and installed drop ceilings. They worked in buildings where employees of other contractors had demolished a bathroom, disturbed asbestos floor tiles, and dry swept floors.
