Block Plant, Main Floor: On, or about, June 18, 2019, liquid tight conduit that connected the MGM transformer to the rear of the splitter/turnover control enclosure was pulled from the enclosure, exposing the inner conductors. B. Block Plant, Main Floor, Pattern Maker: On, or about, June 18, 2019, liquid tight conduit provided for line shaft power was pulled from the side of an electrical box.
