Shipping: On, or about, September 20, 2021, the emergency brake provided on the Yale forktruck, serial number A910V13485F, was loose/out of adjustment. B. Shipping: On, or about, September 20, 2021, the battery provided on the Toyota forktruck was leaking acid solution. The acid had dried and caked on the surface of the battery.
