Text For Citation: 02 Item/Group: 014B Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2): The machine or equipment was not turned off or shut down using the procedures established for the machine or equipment: a) ADA Dash Main Line A900; On or about June 18, 2016 and at times prior thereto, Employee #16 was exposed to caught-in, struck-by, and crush hazards in that the employee was allowed to enter a robotic cell where there were energized robots and other jigs and fixtures to aid in clearing a sensor fault without shutting down the machine in accordance with the established procedure.
