29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) ADA Dash Main Line A900; On or about June 18, 2016 and at times prior thereto, where procedures had not been developed, documented, and or utilized for the control of potential hazardous energy, Employee #6 was exposed to caught-in, struck-by, and crush hazards in that the employee was allowed to enter the robotic cell with energized robots and other jigs and fixtures to aid in clearing a sensor fault.
