29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(i): Electrical equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted: a. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area CRS 18 bending machine, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, the operating console for the machine was broken off its support post and was loosely suspended by having a wire wrapped around it.
