29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 (e), (f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) 240 North Reach Rd., Williamsport, PA 17701- On or about September 21, 2023, employees working in the facility were exposed to a corrosive chemical (CHEM-EEZ degreaser) which contains sodium hydroxide (CAS# 1310-73-2) without a written hazard communication program that contained all the required information.
