29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which was used: a) Throughout facility: The employer did not maintain safety data sheets for the chemicals used by the employees, such as, but not limited to, oxygen, acetylene, NOS cylinders, brake cleaner, hydraulic oils, motor oils, antifreeze, diesel fuels, WD 40 and solvent in the parts washer, on or about 8/11/17. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
