29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or in stalled in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: The employer does not ensure listed or labeled electrical equipment is used in acco rdance with manufacturer's instructions. A Surge Master power strip was permanen tly attached to a metal work table as a power source for work tools. This violat ion was observed on or about September 20, 2010 in the maintenance shop. Pursuan t to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citati on, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees are not being exposed to electrical hazards.al
