29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Workplace Labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked: a.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in the pipe shop, employees welding and cutting material where multiple bottles contained chemical substances that were not labeled, tagged, or marked with any identifying words, pictures, symbols, or pictures. b.) On or about March 6, 2025 and at times prior, in the north paint shop, multiple plastic and metal 5 gallon containers and safety cans were not labeled, exposing employees to contact with hazardous chemicals. c.) On or about March 6, 2025 and at times prior, in the south paint shop, multiple secondary plastic and metal 5 gallon containers and safety cans were not labeled, exposing employees to contact with hazardous chemicals.
