Rentz Farm Supply jobsite - On or about July 2, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushing hazards, in that, the employer permitted an employee to perform signal person activities while hoisting without ensuring the person met the qualification requirements and was evaluated by a qualified evaluator.
