29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(vii): The employer shall include in the written respiratory protection program the following provisions of this section, as applicable: Training of employees in the respiratory hazards to which they are potentially exposed during routine and emergency situations. At the facility located at 1602 N 8th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220, the employer did not ensure that the provision for training of employees in the respiratory hazards to which they are potentially exposed during routine and emergency situations was included in the written respiratory protection program, exposing employees to the hazards associated with respirable crystalline silica.
