29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means: On or about 14 February 2018, the electrical circuit panel enclosures were left open and exposed employees to a shock hazard while accessing the panels to switch the shop lights ON and OFF where inadvertent contact with energized parts operating between 110 to 480 Volts AC was likely. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
