29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(ii): The employer shall include in the written respiratory protection program the following provisions of this section, as applicable: Medical evaluations of employees required to use respirators. At the facility located at 1602 N 8th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220, the employer did not ensure that the provision for medical evaluations of employees required to use respirators that was included in the written respiratory protection program facilitated the requirements of this section, exposing employees to the hazards associated with inadequate physical/physiological capability.
