29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Paint Department: On or about June 15, 2023 and continuing thereafter, the employer did not provide and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear respirators. Employees sprayed paints using Sames xcite airmix paint guns wearing elastomeric full and half face respirators or N95 filtering facepiece respirators. b) Carpentry Department: On or about July 5, 2023 and continuing thereafter, the employer did not provide and implement a written respiratory protection program for all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees in the carpentry department to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators.
