29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about August 5, 2019 and times prior, the employer used flexible cords in the place of fixed wiring in the following areas: - a. On the east wall, west wall, and floor of Fab 1 shop where extension cords were used for more than 90 days to power Americraft industrial fans and fluorescent light fixtures. b. On the east wall, west wall, and shop floor of Fab 2 where extension cords were used for more than 90 days to power industrial fans on the floor and the wall exhaust fans.
