29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: On or about November 1, 2019, in the sand blasting area, a 110 volt receptacle was missing the face plate cover. Employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard. Alexander Tank Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(b)(2)(I) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1291102, citation number 1, item number 33 and was affirmed as a final order on August 24, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2400 E Pierce Street, Luling TX, 78648.
