The marking shall be on the outside of the box cover and shall be readily visible and legible. a) At Control Room C, isle 1, the employer did not mark HIGH VOLTAGE on the General Electric 13,800 Volts Box, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) At Control Room C, isle 2, the employer did not mark HIGH VOLTAGE on the General Electric 13,800 Volts Box, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
