29 CFR 1910.1053(f)(2)(i)(C): The employer shall establish and implement a written exposure control plan that contains at least the following elements: A description of the housekeeping measures used to limit employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica. At the facility located at 1602 N 8th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220, the employer did not ensure that housekeeping measures taken to reduce exposure to respirable crystalline silica contained in the written exposure control plan. The employer did not describe in the written exposure control plan a power-operated cleaning machine (Tennant Company SN S20-7500) that was used to clean floors.
