29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer does not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical: The employer does not ensure that safety data sheets are available. Employees are exposed to substances such as, but not limited to propane fuel tanks, tractor fluid, and greases when performing work in the front and back buildings. This violation was most recently observed on October 5, 2016. To abate this violation the employer must obtain and maintain a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical that employees are exposed to. A & D Wood Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 993582, citation number 1, item number 15b and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 112 Ward Street Elida, Ohio 45807.
