29 CFR 1910.265(d)(2)(i)(d): Sign(s) were not posted prohibiting unauthorized foot or vehicle traffic in log unloading and storage area(s): (a) Log yard - On or about February 2, 2022, there were no signs posted prohibiting unauthorized foot traffic in log unloading and storage areas exposing employees to being struck by logs and heavy equipment. The Jefferson County Timber, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.265(d)(2)(ii)(d), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438670, citation number 1, item number 19 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 210 Industrial Park Rd., Fayette, MS 39069.
