29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. a) Wood shop area: The electrical box for the sander was missing knockouts; on or about 1/7/15 and 2/5/15. b) Wood shop area: The receptacle box that powers the light was missing a knockout; on or about 1/7/15 and 2/5/15. Repeat: Sterling Seating Inc, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(b)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 314674532 citation number 1, item number 17 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/20/12, with respect to a workplace located at 9 Porete Ave, North Arlington, NJ 07301.
