29 CFR 1910.23(c)(4): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level: On or about March 15, 2018, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards when using the job-made mobile ladder stand on line 4: It rocked when used to load and unload the press because of the uneven metal plates on the floor in front of the press. Also, the floor was slippery due to SS Mold Cote overspray. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
