29 CFR 1910.305(c)(4): Snap switches mounted in boxes do not have faceplates installed so as to completely cover the opening and seat against the finished surface: The employer does not ensure employees are protected against electrical hazards in that a 110v light switch located inside the break room in the front building was not equipped with a cover. The violation was most recently observed on October 5, 2016. To abate the violations, the employer must ensure that electrical light switches are equipped with covers. A & D Wood Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.305(c)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 993582, citation number 1, item number 11b and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 112 Ward Street Elida, Ohio 45807.
