29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. Southeast, yellow and red extension cords: on or about February 12, 2020, four energized extension cords were connected in-series to each other in the outdoor and wet environment. Employees were stepping over an energized extension cord to walk-in/out of the main entrance. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item corrected during inspection.
