29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1)(vii): Mobile ladder stands and platforms did not have wheels or casters equipped with a system to impede horizontal movement when an employee is on the stand or platform: On or about March 15, 2018, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards when the job-made mobile ladder stand used on line 4 did not have a wheel locking mechanism. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
