29 CFR 1910.120(e)(3)(i): General site workers engaged in hazardous substance removal or other activities which exposed or potentially exposed workers to hazardous substances and health hazards did not receive a minimum of 40 hours of instruction off the site, and a minimum of three days actual field experience under the direct supervision of a trained experienced supervisor: (a) On or about January 8, 2026, in multiple areas throughout the facility; Employee #7 engaged in hazardous substance removal involving sulfuric acid without receiving a minimum of 40 hours of off-site instruction and a minimum of three days of actual field experience under the direct supervision of a trained, experienced supervisor.
