29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Slicer 3 Area- On or about September 21, 2023, employees cleaning the blades of Slicer 3 were exposed to corrosive materials such as but not limited to sodium hydroxide (CAS# 1310-73-2) without suitable facilities for flushing of the eyes and body in the immediate work area.
