29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of ACM waste and debris and accompanying dust: First Floor Raw Material Storage: On, or about, February 17, 2023, pipe insulation that contained asbestos had deteriorated and/or been struck by material handling equipment causing pieces of the material to fall onto the floor. The insulation had not been cleaned and repaired.
