29 CFR 1926.1101(m)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not institute a medical surveillance program for all employees who for a combined total of 30 or more days per year are engaged in Class I, II, and III work or are exposed at or above a permissible exposure limit: At a worksite located at 12650 Manchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030: The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about June 3, 2022, and at times prior to when the employer did not institute a medical surveillance program for employees engaged in the removal of Class II asbestos-containing materials work for 30 or more days per year. The employer Troy Murdock was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1101(j)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357388, citation number 1, item number 22 and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 137 Hale Liberty, Manhattan, KS 66506.
