29 CFR 1910.265(c)(20)(vi): Provision for the daily removal of refuse were not made in all operations not required to have an exhaust system or having refuse too heavy, bulky, or otherwise unsuitable to be handled by the exhaust system: (a) Sawmill - On or about February 2, 2022, saw dust created by band saw was not removed daily exposing employees to fire hazards. The Jefferson County Timber, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.265(c)(20)(vi), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438670, citation number 1, item number 17 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 210 Industrial Park Rd., Fayette, MS 39069.
