29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) At the establishment, on or about 10/24/2019: The employer did not develop nor maintained a hazard communication program to inform employees of hazards while working with corrosives, irritants and various materials, such as, but not limited to: battery acid, multi-surface disinfectants, sanitizers, and magnesium sulfate, ammonium chloride, calcium sulfate.
