29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: On or about March 17, 2016, the employer stopped performing monthly fire extinguisher inspections to verify that the fire extinguisher was not discharged, blocked, or missing. The employer stopped in December 2015. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
