29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally: a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 30 feet while engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold that was not was not braced properly, on or about 4/11/15. Galindo Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004350, citation number 01, item number 08 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/3/15, with respect to a workplace located at 6-20 Plaza Rd., Fairlawn NJ. Galindo Construction Inc. was previously also cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985190 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/29/14, with respect to a workplace located at 129 Midland Ave., Garfield NJ.
