29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a. On or about February 24, 2015, at the Building #2 - Woodworking department, a panel board lacked markings on its circuit breakers, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. Contender Boats Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(f), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 31426506, citation number 1, item number 22 and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1820 SE 38 Avenue, Homestead, FL 33035.
